These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aesthetic Sticky Notes Mobile Application (the "App") and the associated services provided by Aesthetic Sticky Notes ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that the organization accepts these Terms.

2. Use of the App

a. License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Modify, adapt, or hack the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App's functionality or its servers and networks.

3. User Accounts

a. Registration: To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information to keep it accurate.

b. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aesthetic Sticky Notes and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App, at our sole discretion, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

a. No Warranty: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy.

b. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App, (ii) any unauthorized access or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, (iii) any interruptions or errors in the App's operation.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
